Por uma defesa da compreensão da paisagem
| Resumo: | É premente a compreensão de todas as estruturas de composição da paisagem, desde a rural à urbana, por parte de todos aqueles que nela operam, desde quem a planeia até a quem a utiliza directa ou indirectamente. A par da estrutura rodoviária, que ninguém nega a importância de continuidade, surgem outras estruturas que necessitam de continuidade, no intuito de permitir o fluxo e regeneração de água, ar, solo, sementes, fauna, flora silvestre e do Homem. desta forma a estrutura ecológica é o suporte garantido da continuidade pretendida, desde a escala nacional à escala local, assegurando e concretizando o continuum naturale e o continuum culturale, passando pela defesa das áreas de máxima sensibilidade previstas pela ren, principalmente em meio rural, até aos espaços verdes urbanos contínuos, confrontados na actualidade pela urgência de vias verdes. The understanding of all the structures that make up a landscape by the people who work in it is essential, from the rural to the urban elements, from those who plan it, to those who use it directly or indirectly. apart from the motorway structure, whose importance in terms of continuity cannot be denied, there are other structures that emerge needing continuity with the objective of allowing the flow and regeneration of water, soil, seeds, fauna, wild flora and Man. This way, the Ecological Structure is the guaranteed support of the desired continuity, from a national to a local level, assuring and rendering concrete the continuum naturale, and the continuum culturale, to the defence of the areas of maximum sensitivity foreseen by REN, mainly in a rural environment, and in to the continuous urban green spaces, today confronted by the urgency of the greenways. |
