Education in the knowledge society: school policy, structure and organization
| Resumo: | This text aims to reflect on the determinants of education policy, bearing in mind the need to redefine an education policy that is consistent with the real objectives of education that are not instrumentalized and in favor of liberalization policies that do not allow the realization of social justice in relation to to the poorest. While recognizing the benefits of the pluralism of training agencies, of course the school still remains today, the institution that presents knowledge in an intentional and systematic manner. We advocate an educational policy that can develop a kind of skills and values that allow students to integrate as citizens in society in a reflective, critical and ethical way, because the major crises that humanity is going through, such as conflicts, financial and the environmental crisis has its origin in the degradation of individual and collective ethics. |
