Perfil técnico das posições específicas em futebol: Análise da frequência e eficácia das habilidades motoras específicas, e da assimetria funcional de jogadores de elite
| Resumo: | The present study aims to investigate the differences in frequency and effectiveness of specific motor skills performed by elite footballers, as well as to study differences in the ratio of preferred and non-preferred lower limbs utilization and the respective effectiveness of specific motor skills by players of the defensive, medium and attacking sectors, and the specific positions of central defense, lateral defense, defensive midfielder, interior/offensive midfielder, extreme and forward. Different specific motor skills performed by elite soccer players, in official competition, were analyzed with the instrument called "Evaluation system of functional asymmetry of the lower limbs in soccer - SAFALL-FOOT". This instrument makes it possible to analyze the frequency and effectiveness of specific motor skills, as well as the levels of use of the lower limbs in a game situation. The results found show that the frequency and effectiveness of specific motor skills performed tend to vary depending on the perception and decision making circumscribed to the time and space available to the players and the unequivocal influence that the environment conditions their behavior, in particular according to each sector and specific position. There are no significant differences in the efficacy rates of the right and left preferred feet, as well as preferred and non-preferred feet. There seems to be a relationship between laterality and the effectiveness rate of the actions taken. The preferred and non-preferred foot utilization ratio tends to vary depending on the time and space available for carrying out the actions. The values of functional asymmetry are not invariable and may change depending on the specific motor skill performed, the sector to which the player belongs and the specific position he occupies. The thesis allowed us to find differences between players, in a real context, as well as reflect on the importance of their specific skills, directly dependent on the specific position they occupy and the function they perform. |
