O LEGADO DO PLANO REAL: UMA ESTABILIZAÇÃO SEM CRESCIMENTO ECONÔMICO?
| Resumo: | The article aims at showing that the success of Real Plan, that is to say, the reduction and control of inflation process, was obtained by fiscal and balance of payments disequilibria. Morever, these instabilities cannot assure the long-term economic growth growth of Brazilian economy. Besides, it aims at presenting an economic proposal for restoring the macroeconomic balances, so important to keep the inflation process under control and to assure the long-term economic gowth. |
