Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:Currently, the mechanistic perspective has been giving way to systemic proposals for teaching and training sports. This means that the exercises used to develop the technique, carried out without opposition, has been replaced by contextualized activities, which integrate the technique with the tactic. In general, it is understood that the best way to learn to play is playing, mainly from modified versions of the game, named Small-Sided Games (SSG). Assisting in the construction of activities of a systemic design, the present work aims to offer an original matrix for the classification and elaboration of the SSG, conceived from the reflection on the use of the game as a teaching tool and the definition of pedagogical objectives, with examples in football and futsal. It is intended to indicate contexts for the implementation of the JR that can be extended, including, to other sports.
