Avaliação de usabilidade do aplicativo de internet banking "Banco do Brasil" em dispositivos móveis
| Summary: | In today's modern world, information technology is becoming more and more essential in our lives. And this technological breakthrough is not just limited to desktops, as the number of mobile services has grown at a very fast pace. The popularization of the mobile devices is due to the facilities provided by these devices, allowing access facilities at any place and time by the users. Faced with this technological leap of mobile devices, the need for efficient applications that meet users' expectations is increasingly difficult to satisfy. In contrast to this adversity, we rely on usability, which aims at the ease of learning and use of an application, as well as user satisfaction in relation to that use. This work aims to evaluate the usability of the Mobile Banking application Banco do Brasil on mobile devices, through the usability test. The usability evaluation was performed according to the guidelines of ISO 9241-11. Through the results obtained in the tests we were able to verify and identify the main difficulties and problems faced by the participants in the use of the Banco do Brasil application. The tests also provided suggestions for improvement and modification of the Mobile Banking application Banco do Brasil, indicated by the users themselves. |
