Análise bibliométrica da produção científica na área de gestão por competência entre os anos de 2006 a 2016
| Resumo: | In the last decades, the theme of competence management has become the object of study and theoretical and empirical research, over time, have tried to prove the importance and effectiveness of the use of competence management models in organizations. The present work aims to analyze the characteristics of the scientific production related to the subject of competence management published in periodicals of the Administration area, classified by Capes as A1, A2, B1 and B2 in the period between the years 2006 to 2016. It treats of a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using the bibliometric method. The production on Management by Competence was mapped in the periodicals classified as A1, A2, B1 and B2 included in the WebQualis Capes system in the Administration area. The data showed that the rhythm of production of scientific articles on management by competence presents instability during the years 2006 to 2016 and, such production, can be considered as modest, considering that in this period, 52 scientific articles were produced on the Study, that is, an average of 4,73 articles per year. It was observed that there is a high concentration of articles in a small number of journals, that is, with the research it was observed that only 4 journals together added 26 scientific articles on management by competence, that is, 50% of the production verified during the Years under review. In addition, we highlight the thematic areas related to organizational learning, strategy and organizational change, as well as the production of articles concentrated in HEIs - Higher Education Institutions located in the South and Southeast of Brazil. |
