| Resumo: | The evaluation of services in university libraries is a way of establishing a dialogue between the library and its users in order to plan consistent services to the demands and needs of these informational, advising management on the alignment of common goals. From this perspective, the Library System of the Federal University of Ceará has made assessment of services aimed at understanding the views of users about the importance of these services and their satisfaction with them. Sticking to the purpose of evaluation, the Library System will consider the response of users to enhance its services reaching the maximum degree o f satisfaction and guide the actions of strategic planning |
