Milrosas roubadas: lives that complete in the difference

Ver documento

Detalhes bibliográficos
Resumo:This work aims to delineate a critical discussion about the concept of political friendship in the novel Mil rosas roubadas (2014) by the intellectual and writer Silviano Santiago. In short, we will try to discuss the relations between Silviano and Zeca as friends, lovers and homosexuals crossed by the crosscultural landscape of Belo Horizonte. The metropolitan environment can be a place of approximation, but it is above all a space of detachment and solitude. To support our discussion epistemologically, we will rely on the postulates of frontier biographical critique and Denilson Lopes’ studies on landscape and homoaffective theorizations.
