| Resumo: | This article explores the intertextual web in Laurence Sterne's A Sentimental Journey through France and Italy, published in 1768, more specifically aiming at the references to the biblical text in Sterne's novel. The aim of this article is to indentify these incidences in Sterne's text and see how the Brazilian translators dealt with these references in their translations. |
