Suporte de incubadoras para empresas assistidas no contexto da inovação
| Resumo: | Incubators adopt policies with an emphasis on supporting investment in sectors and infrastructure, necessary for the achievement of long-term growth objectives and playing a key role in the competitiveness and survival of enterprises. Allying innovation to incubators is essential as a central strategy to focus on research, articulating companies and activities from the most different sectors to drive this process through the allocation of investments, providing the necessary support and having the main function of preparing incubated companies for the incubator, adding favorable conditions for it to remain in the market. The research aims to investigate the contribution of incubators to the development of assisted companies. The research is descriptive in nature. Data collection was performed based on secondary data from bibliographic sources and primary data collected through a field survey. We chose field research through the application of questionnaires, one for the companies and another for the incubator. It was verified that the incubator in relation to the companies assisted offers as main services, the business orientation and the financial consultancy. As for the infrastructure, the main highlights are for the meeting room and the laboratory. As for the existence of difficulties and limitations in the relationship, there are no limitations, but there is distancing with the university. It is concluded that PADETEC was fundamental for the process of development of the companies and determining for the continuity in the market. |
