| Resumo: | The present study investigated the benefits of affectivity in the musical learning of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Affectivity corresponds to the individual's ability to be positively or negatively affected by internal and external sensations coming from the environment in which he is inserted. From personal experiences and reflections raised in the disciplines of didactics and methodologies of education of the Music Course - Licentiate, of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) Campus de Sobral, the interest arose in analyzing and understanding the influence of affectivity in the learning process music for autistic children. For this, a field research was developed with a qualitative approach in the city of Ipueiras - CE, located in the southern region of the Chapada da Ibiapaba. It consisted of five classes in which musical activities were applied to four children within the autism spectrum in order to investigate the influence of affectivity on the musical learning process of autistic children. According to the results obtained, we point out the presence of affectivity and the role of longterm memory during all music classes. Thus, it was observed that the development of children with ASD during musical activities was connected to affectivity. It is possible to say that affectivity influences the learning process of these children, being necessary in the teaching practice of music educators. |
