Estresse ocupacional em professores: um estudo nas redes de ensino municipal, estadual e privada
| Resumo: | The teacher is a professional of great importance, since it contributes for the formation of the human being and a more conscious society. However, it is noticeable that this category’s value decreased and they are becoming more susceptible to stress and its effects. Stress, which is part of the daily lives of the entire world population, its been noticed in teachers in an intense and serious way, reflecting both physical and mental health, as well as their personal and professional lives. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to know the stress level of elementary school teachers of 8th and 9th grade in a municipal, state and private school, according to the Inventory of Lipp Stress Symptoms. As a result, a quantitative research was carried out by means of the application of a survey applied for a sample of teachers from the three schools. Through the application of this research instrument, a valid sample of 30 teachers was obtained, and with the analysis of the data from this survey, it was disclosed that the majority of these teachers retained considerable stress levels. It shows that it is necessary to adjust the demands that the teaching profession carries with it, seeking to reduce the stress levels of these professionals. |
