A relevância do critério da celeridade nos juizados especiais cíveis e criminais
| Resumo: | This work aims to demonstrate the relevance of the Criterion Celerity made in dealing with the jurisdiction of the Special Courts , emphasizing the historical development of these and the means to offer the one so quickly . Through a sketch of the history of special courts - both in Brazil and in the world , reporting some alien experiences - is an attempt to demonstrate the alternatives found to deal with the causes labeled as plain as well as the intention that such deals be prompt . Also in order to demonstrate the relevance of the criterion of promptness for Special Courts , it is an analysis of the criteria ( speed , orality , informality and procedural economy ) and as such they cease to optimize one that is the title of this monograph , which is given special emphasis. This monograph is a study on the criterion of promptness showing him not only as the most important of the whole essence of the special justice itself - but as the variable according to which the others were chosen and act . Finally , this work of completion demonstrates the constitutional character of the criterion of promptness and reasonable duration of the process. |
