A importância da criação de um regulamento específico para o serviço aéreo especializado de aerolevantamento/prospecção no Brasil
| Resumo: | This research, "The importance of the creation of a Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation (RBAC) specific to the Airborne Survey as a Specialized Air Service in Brazil" had as its main objective to present the main concepts and aspects that demonstrate the need to create a Specific RBAC for the said service. The main objective has been reach as the specific objectives had also been achieved: the airborne survey activity was described and the future of this activity was discussed as a result of the implementation of the new disruptive technologies that are emerging, such as drones, satellite imaging, etc. It was verified that although new technologies have added value to products obtained from airborne survey, the human factor has proved to be essential in the activity. The main laws and recommendations related to Airborne Survey were presented and the absence of a specific regulation for the sector with power of law has been confirmed. The main aspects that demonstrate the importance of the creation of a specific RBAC for Airborne Survey in Brazil have been demonstrated. In terms of Methodology, this research is qualitative and exploratory produced by means of literature review. This research clearly suggests that a new regulation for the sector is paramount to the performance of personnel and companies involved, improving the quality of the services and safety of the operations. |
