O PROBLEMA DA EMIGRAÇÃO E DO EXÍLIO EM PORTUGAL: IMAGENS E ANÁLISES (1910-1974)
| Resumo: | The article intends to reconstruct the image attributed to the emigrant and the exiled by the regimes in force in Portugal between 1910/1974, taking as an example the Portuguese emigration / exile in Brazil. The emigrant as citizen representative of the regime abroad and the exiled as the non-citizen will be key points for the analysis. In this sense, will be analyzed resolutions taken by the republican and Salazarist regimes with respect to emigration. Similarly, the exiled problematic in both cases will be treated. As a conclusion, a brief summary of the studies carried out in recent years on emigration and exile in Portugal will be presented. |
