Action-research: a methodological tool for qualitative research
| Resumo: | Action-research is a type of interpretative research that involves an empirical methodological process that comprehends the identification of the problem within a social and/or institutional context, the collection of data related to the problem, the analysis and signifying of the data collected, the identification of the need for change, the raising of possible solutions and the actual intervention and/or action in the sense of allying research and action simultaneously. Once this methodology is rarely used in Health practices, this study aims to reflect and present action research as an important methodological tool capable of allying theory and practice through an action that aims for the transformation of a specific reality. |
