Estresse ocupacional de professores: um estudo em uma escola estadual
| Resumo: | The teaching profession is very important for society, but it has not been properly valued. Along with this, it has been presenting other factors that make it more prone to the effects of stress which, consequently, ends up generating difficulties for this professional, both personally and professionally. Thus, this work has as general objective to analyze the level of stress of teachers in a state school, and as specific objectives identified and to evaluate the stress levels, in teachers of a state school, according to the Inventory of Stress Symptoms of Lipp, besides raising causes and consequences of stress in teachers of a state school. In this way, a quantitative research was carried out, in which a questionnaire was applied in a sample of teachers from a state school. Through the application of this research instrument, a valid sample of 48 teachers was obtained, and with the analysis of data from this questionnaire, it was found that the majority of these teachers presented considerable stress levels. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the requirements that the profession of teacher carries with it, seeking to reduce the stress levels of these professionals. |
