Resumo:What does the environment have to do with the dance we do? like the body human participates and imbricates itself, in the form of movement, to the phenomena of nature and its cycles? Between mares, tides, dunes, suns, stars and moons, what do human bodies manifest in dance and music? how is the body composed from the geographies they inhabit? This work consists of a research poetics in dance involving the notion of geochoreography (CAYCEDO, 2016) and the Coco dance from Iguape (CE). From a relationship between geography and body, investigates how the bodies of Coco's players are forged by the work everyday with the intensity of the winds, the moods of the sea, the temperature of the sand and work objects (cast cast, ropes, rafts). Via cartography, in which a research will show itself along with the events, there was a corporal experimentation in the beach environment and an observation of fishermen and their chores. Initially thought to be a composition choreographic, due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic of the Coronavirus / Covid-19, this dance composition resulted in a format of video-poetry, accompanied by an account of the creation process.
