Bibliographic Details
Summary:For biblical thinking, death is not only an anthropological drama, but it is also theological. God created the human being so that it became “a living being” (Gn 2,7) and the finality of Jesus coming is to offer “life in abundance” (Jn 10,10). To kill or to kill oneself is to radically and definitively reject participation in this life, meaning, salvation.
