Estudo de pré-dimensionamento de pilares mistos aço-concreto
| Resumo: | Although the composite steel-concrete columns already have their design guidelines standardized (NBR: 8800/2008), there is still a lack of a quick way for their pre-dimensioning. The objective of this paper is to prepare a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel® that is capable of dimensioning sections of composite steel-concrete columns using commercially available steel profiles. Subsequently, as a result of these iterations, printed tables will be generated with pre-defined sections, so that they serve as pre-dimensioning tables for structural projects. Comparisons of this constructive method with others, will also be made throughout the work. |
