RESUMO Objetivo: Avaliar o grau de satisfação dos usuários internados em um Hospital Universitário quanto à qualidade do serviço hospitalar no período letivo versus período não letivo. Método: Estudo transversal desenvolvido em três unidades de internação com pacientes de 18 a 80 anos, que permaneceram internados por um período mínimo de 72 horas. Aplicaram-se um instrumento para a caracterização sociodemográfica da população e a escala para mensurar o grau de satisfação (SERVQUAL). A coleta de dados ocorreu em dois momentos distintos, caracterizados como período letivo e período não letivo. Resultados: Foram entrevistados 305 usuários do serviço, de ambos os sexos, com média de idade de 46,2 anos. Em relação às dimensões que compõem a escala SERVQUAL, a empatia foi referida como a que os usuários atendidos no período letivo se demonstraram mais insatisfeitos (p=0,01). Quanto à dimensão atendimento, o grau de satisfação dos usuários foi maior no período letivo (p=0,01). No tocante à tangibilidade, confiabilidade e segurança não houve diferença entre os dois períodos. Conclusão: Os usuários identificam uma melhor empatia e atendimento durante o período letivo, porém tal percepção não se refletiu na segurança e confiabilidade em relação ao serviço.

RESUMO OBJETIVO: analisar o estado vacinal e o conhecimento prévio sobre o vírus da hepatite B pelos profissionais de saúde (PS) de um hospital público. MÉTODOS: estudo descritivo de corte transversal, baseado no preenchimento do formulário pelos PS, contemplando: biomédicos, odontólogos, enfermeiros, fisioterapeutas, médicos, técnicos e auxiliares de enfermagem e de laboratório. Para analisar idade, categoria profissional, estado vacinal e conhecimento destes profissionais sobre hepatite B, utilizou-se o teste de qui-quadrado, considerando significante p < 0,05. RESULTADOS: durante quatro meses de 2007, foram questionados 861 profissionais no principal hospital de urgência da rede pública de Sergipe. Houve uma relação estatisticamente significante entre grau de escolaridade e conhecimento acerca da hepatite B pelos PS. Quanto ao estado vacinal dos participantes, constatou-se que 67% declararam estar completamente imunizados, enquanto 21,6% apresentavam-se incompletamente vacinados, 6,2% desconheciam seu estado vacinal e 5,2% não eram vacinados. Entre os de nível superior, 75,3% estavam completamente imunizados, comparados a 64,5% do nível técnico. CONCLUSÃO: os PS com nível superior mostraram mais conhecimento sobre o tema em detrimento dos profissionais com nível técnico, razão que deveria motivar os gestores da saúde a implantar programas de educação continuada, além de desenvolver pesquisas neste âmbito.

Objective: to synthesize the scientific production on educational methodologies applied in the teaching of nursing theories at undergraduate, graduate and professional levels. Method: integrative review of the literature performed in the databases: Medical Literature and Retrivial System onLine (MEDLINE/PubMed®); SCOPUS (Elsevier); Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Nursing Database (BDENF). The PICo methodology was used to construct the research question and select descriptors, as: "nursing theories", "teaching", "educational technology" and "nursing education". Seven articles published from 1994 to 2022 were selected. Results: The educational methodologies mentioned by the authors of the studies analyzed in the teaching of nursing theories are: traditional method, gamification, audiovisual resources, simulation and self-directed learning. Conclusion: the use of diversified educational methodologies is effective in teaching nursing theories by promoting playful and interactive approaches, as it provides students, graduate students, and professionals with the development of necessary skills for the exercise of professional practice.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to map the Nursing prescriptions for patients with diagnoses related to hypothermia in the intraoperative period with the activities proposed by the Nursing Interventions Classification, and to characterize the sample based on the risk factors for the development of this discomfort. Method: a descriptive, documentary and retrospective study, with a quantitative approach that followed three stages: cataloging of the interventions, documentary analysis, and cross-mapping. The following variables were analyzed: patient's age and gender; surgery duration; minimum, mean and maximum temperatures, and variation of the surgery room and patient temperatures; and whether or not the type of surgery involved opening a body cavity, in a sample of 138 medical charts evaluated from August to September 2019 by using a checklist composed of identification data and diagnosis components from the NANDA-International diagnoses: risk of perioperative hypothermia and hypothermia. Absolute and percentage frequency analyses, mean, standard deviation, and the R software were employed. Results: 419 activities incorporated in 12 interventions were verified that were related to hypothermia in the corresponding taxonomy; as well as 13 Nursing care measures prescribed and five interventions mapped. The variables which reached significance were surgery duration and cavity opening. Conclusion: by means of cross-mapping, it can be asserted that the care measures prescribed are based on the standardized language, thus contributing to unification of the Nursing practice.

The present study aims to describe the parameterization and usability of the Nursing Process System, a web application formulated to record the steps of the Nursing Process, through the standardized nursing languages ​​of NANDA-I, NIC and NOC. The nursing process guides the documentation of professional nursing practice and is organized into five interdependent and recurring stages. A methodological-descriptive study was carried out, with the participation of 10 nurses and 10 students in the last year of the nursing course working at a university hospital, who evaluated the functionality and usability of SISPE. After inserting the fields for data collection, diagnoses, interventions and nursing results into the system, it was possible to verify the registration of the nursing process by SISPE and the link between its stages. The usability of the system obtained an average score on the SUS scale of 77.2, being evaluated as excellent. Conclusions: the parameterization of SISPE allowed the recording of the steps of the nursing process and the usability of the system was evaluated as excellent.
